Terryl Blaine Nantz, 52, died June 15, 2010, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte.

Mr. Nantz was born in Gaston County and is the son of EJaquline "Jackie" Webb Nantz of Dallas and the late Lewis Albert Nantz.

Mr. Nantz was a former employee of Eckerd's Drug Company and is a member of Sunset Forest Baptist Church and attends High Shoals Church of God.

Mr. Nantz is survived by his wife: Deborah Ussery Nantz; mother: EJaquline "Jackie" Nantz of Dallas; one son: Andrew Nantz of Iron Station; one daughter: Hannah Nantz of Iron Station; one sister: Sandra Nantz Hudson and husband Ken of Lincolnton.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday at Carothers Funeral Home, Stanley.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday at the Carothers Funeral Home Chapel, Stanley with Bishop Billy Dunigan officiating.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Gardens, Mt. Holly.
